Exceptional Cuisine for Andhra Foodies

Last Sunday I had been to Skywaft an Andhra style restaurant, they are well known for culinary Hyderabadi Biryani in Bangalore. They are expertized in preparing dishes and exhibiting of style through providing the authenticated cuisine. I had been with my parents since we are fond of Andhra dishes so we choose Skywaft. The rooftop ambiance is beautiful with rich colors; the atmosphere was pleasant and terrace top is extremely spacious. We have blown away with the ambiance, decor and a royal setup.

Skywaft is a good place to try veg and non-veg restaurant in Bangalore. Since we are non-vegetarians we ordered chicken chili pepper fry, Nellore chicken fry, special starter of the day called Kushi special. Chicken chili pepper fry was exceptional dish served with rich hot spicy chilies, Nellore chicken was fragrant with spice and perfect side dish with rice and butter-non.  The enriched taste of authenticated dishes made us tempt to have even more hence we ordered chicken sholey kabab and Rayalaseema chicken. Both of these dishes were treat to our taste buds, I felt like I can’t stop eating and the Rayalaseema chicken was crushed with the taste of different spices. Chicken sholey kabab was skinned and crispy with fried onions on them were served it had finger licking taste; this had an authenticated taste of culinary dish this is an absolute treat for Andhra dish foodies and this is the best nonveg buffet lunch in Bangalore. Finally, we ordered the top delightful dessert in the menu caramel custard and special ice cream the presentation of desserts was mouth watering and the taste was overwhelming.    

Took a parcel of Hyderabadi biryani it was aromatic, spicy and delicious; they provided flavorful gravy for biryani it was a perfect combination with Hyderabadi biryani. And the parcel was neatly packed and the quantity of rice was also stomach filling. The biryani is prepared with a combination of traditional Andhra spices. Hence in Skywaft, we get the perfect authenticated flavor of Andhra cuisine.

Skywaft is a great place for Andhra cuisine foodies the taste of dishes is excellent, absolutely yummy and delicious; the staffs are warm, waiters provide fast efficient service. Over all, I spent great happy hours with my parents we very much-loved and astonished with Skywaft restaurant so I would like to take my sister to Skywaft to taste the delicious authentic Andhra style dishes and feel delighted. I would also recommend my relatives, friends, and neighbors to go visit have the best buffet in Bangalore.
